Terms & Conditions
• While every possible care and efforts are taken, SAFEDI is not responsible for fastness of color or shrinkage of garments and does not guarantee of 100% stain removal.
• The company cannot be held responsible for breakage of buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings during the course of normal processing.
• The company cannot be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control.
•Any misplacement/short delivery/exchange should be reported to SAFEDI customer care within 24 hours of laundry delivery.
• SAFEDI billing will be direct and does not presume any credit facilities.
• Bill for Dry cleaning services will not be adjusted against any membership/prepaid plans, unless specified by the management.
• Customers are requested to examine their garments before taking delivery and we are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.
• Every effort’s are made to deliver clothes in time, but due to some uncontrollable circumstances, if the delivery becomes late, the customer is not entitled for any compensation or reduction in the charges.
• Five times of the washing rate will be given for articles lost/damaged if claimed within 30 days except small piece like kerchief, scarf, undergarments etc.
• Government Taxes shall be extra, if applicable.
• The Service Tariff is subject to change without notice.
• SAFEDI reserves the right of approval of items that can be laundered.
• In case of designer wear the charges applicable will be at the sole discretion of SAFEDI.
• It is assumed that member agrees to receive transaction and promotion SMS/WhatsApp from SAFEDI The Laundry Expert on their registered mobile number.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

• other information relevant to service choice & preferences
What we do with the information we gather?
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping.
• For Home pickup and delivery of laundry
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• Occasionally, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.
Security: We are committed to ensure that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
Controlling your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible, at email@example.com. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
Cancellation and return policy: We appreciate your help in keeping our schedule run efficiently. If you are unavailable at home to give laundry pick-up or take a delivery, please let us know to cancel the appointment at least 2 hours in advance of the appointment.
Refund policy: No refunds shall be made, neither full nor partial for services or packages used /consumed. The refund of unconsumed amount on packages will be at the sole discretion of the management.
Shipping /delivery policy:
- We pick-up and deliver laundry.
- Pick-up and delivery appointments will always be in slots (08:00 am to 08:00 pm), and not on specific timings.
- 48 hours delivery is on a best effort basis.
- SAFEDI is not liable for any compensation for deliveries happening beyond 48 hrs .
- For a home pick-up and delivery, minimum bill should be Rs 100.
