1HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Ans. We have reasonable prices for cleaning, washing, ironing and dry cleaning detailed prices are available on our catalogue. We apply FREE PICK UP and DELIVERY on minimum order of Rs 100/- (48 hours).
2WHAT TIME DO YOU PICK-UP AND DELIVER?
Ans. SAFEDI Laundry picks up and delivers from 08.00 AM to 09.00 PM, Mondays to Sunday.
3DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SERVICE?
Ans. Yes, we have Express service, which comes at a premium cost. Turnaround time is 1 working day.
4WHAT LOCATION DOES SAFEDI LAUNDRY PICK-UP AND DELIVER TO?
Currently we Pick up and deliver at all the major areas in where our Android and IOS app shows nearest stors. You can download the app to know more.
5HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY CLOTHES FOR PICK-UP?
Ans. We always check your clothes before collection but to be extra cautious please keep your clothes ready for pickup, remove all items or valuables from the pockets, and please do not give us any hangers or accessories with the clothes.
6DOES SAFEDI LAUNDRY GUARANTEE 2 WORKING DAYS SERVICE?
Ans. We always try to deliver clothes within 2 working days but sometimes the garments or other items require more time such as when we would have to treat difficult stains. Comforters also take a little bit longer, as they take more time to dry. But rest assured in such cases we make it a priority to inform our clients.
7DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR SPECIAL REQUESTS, SUCH AS HAND WASHING?
Ans. There is no special charge for hand wash. Our laundry expert decides what process is required for the treatment of a particular garment. As for the prices we provide the laundry catalog to our clients on request.
8IS MY LAUNDRY SAFE?
Ans. Our laundry is very much safe; we use Organic Detergent which are eco-friendly in nature and the water that we use is specially treated RO water which is considered to be drinking water. Even if your laundry would only weigh, say 5 kgs, we would be attending to them separately all throughout the process. And second, our services include sorting the colors from the whites, which would require at least two machine loads per customer and we give guarantee of satisfaction.
9WHAT IF I AM NOT HOME FOR THE SCHEDULED DELIVERY TIME?
Ans. We always call up the customer before the day of the delivery and again confirm the availability 1 Hour before the delivery. Once the customer confirms the presence 30 minutes before the delivery and still the customer is not available during delivery then the customer has to pick up the items from our store.
10SHOULD I PAY AS SOON AS MY LAUNDRY IS PICKED UP, OR COULD I PAY ON DELIVERY?
Ans. We leave you to choose among those two options at your convenience. We accept cash, debit & credit card payments at delivery.
